DEFINE REGISTRATION

April 1st-2nd at Inspiration Point Retreat Center 

Check-In on the 1st is from 11-11:30am

Pick up on the 2nd is at 11am 

*Students are responsible for arranging their own means of transportation

Lunch will be served directly after checking-in on Saturday. Students will also be served dinner Saturday evening and a snack later that night. Brunch will be served Sunday morning as well. If your student requires a special diet you may indicate that below and a form will be emailed to you. Special dietary forms need to be submitted before Feb. 19th in order for accommodations to be made. 

WHAT TO PACK


Warm winter gear
Overnight toiletries
Water bottle
Cell charger (cell phones are allowed during the retreat, but students are encouraged to minimize distractions)
Sleeping bag and pillow
Bible and pen/pencil
Optional: money for the gift shop

CABIN CULTURE


Define takes cabin culture very seriously and will go to great lengths to create a positive sisterhood experience for each student. At least one adult leader will be chaperoning each cabin for the duration of the event. (Cabins sit together during messages and meals.) Students who arrive on their own will be connected to a cabin of "sisters" first thing upon arriving.

I hereby grant permission for my student to participate in Define 2023 and release Define, Defining Ministries and all volunteers involved from any liabilities sustained by my minor participant.
Photos are taken throughout the event to use for future Define content. Please indicate whether or not photos of your student can be used with your consent.
